Customer Problem:
After I update my xtool x100 pad3, the taskbar disappears. I cannot set it because the xtool software starts automatically and cannot turn off.
Xtool.co.uk engineer replied:
Please try to press the BACK button with square or circle icon on the menu bar to return to the home screen.
The menu bar is at the bottom of the xtool tablet screen. When open x100 pad3 APP, it will hide. When turn off APP, it will appear. Slide up the screen to check the menu bar.
