Have a Hyundai Santro Xing, need to program a new key with security code, and the job is done by Xtool X100 Pad3 (X100 Pad Elite X100 PAD3 SE) on bench.
The procedure:
Connect X100 PAD3 with the ECU and test platform correctly
Start to operate on Xtool tablet
Go to “Diagnosis”-> “Immobilization”-> “HYUNDAI”-> Agree with the disclaimer->
“Program Immobiliser/remote”-> “Select from type”-> “Immobiliser”-> “Type 1 (K)”-> “Program keys”
Insert a key to be programmed
Turn ignition on
Input the security code
The key is programmed successfully.
